As part of my work with the Methodist Church I champion an annual campaign called Bible Month. Each year the Methodist Church looks to spend a whole month in one particular book of the Bible (rather than following the lectionary). The idea of this is to develop people’s appreciation of different books, their individual peculiarities, and the unique contribution they make to the cannon as a whole.

In 2020, the selected Bible Month text was the Book of Ruth. Below is a short video series I produced, inviting participants to consider and engage with a variety of different readings and interpretations of the story.
