Better or Worse? Biblical Reading Lenses

This is a short video series describing different ‘lenses’ that we can use to help us engage with the Bible with greater confidence, competence and expectation.

I first developed these short teaching sessions when working for Fusion. I’d discovered that there was often a hunger amongst students to read the Bible but a concern about exactly how to do it or where to start. So I tried to develop a simple way of introducing some basic biblical study skills / questions, in order help people get more out of the reading.

The videos below represent a ‘blended learning’ adaptation of what I have often delivered as an interactive workshop. They were recorded for a course that I delivered to a group of Methodist Churches.
