How Does Authority Function in the Church?
Like many, I’ve developed a lot of opinions about authority in the church; many based on the church context I’ve grown up in and my reactions to how authority functioned within it. This paper gave me the chance to consider the topic anew, and with greater attention to scripture and tradition. What I discovered in the process has shifted my whole paradigm of church leadership.
